Choco-Mint Frost Recipe
Ingredients :
Chilled milk 4 cups
Cocoa 4 tsp
Powdered sugar 6 tbsp
A bunch of mint leaves
Large scoops of vanilla ice cream 4
Method :
Wash, chop mint leaves
Dissolve cocoa in a little warm milk
Boil milk with cocoa, sugar & mint leaves. Keep boiling for 1-2 minutes on low flame. Remove from fire. Cool
Chill in the freezer. Strain to remove mint leaves
Blend in a liquidizer till frothy
Add ice cream & blend again just for a second
Serve garnished with a few mint leaves
