Choco-Mint Frost Recipe

Choco-Mint Frost


Ingredients :
  • Chilled milk 4 cups
  • Cocoa 4 tsp
  • Powdered sugar 6 tbsp
  • A bunch of mint leaves
  • Large scoops of vanilla ice cream 4
Method :
  • Wash, chop mint leaves
  • Dissolve cocoa in a little warm milk
  • Boil milk with cocoa, sugar & mint leaves. Keep boiling for 1-2 minutes on low flame. Remove from fire. Cool
  • Chill in the freezer. Strain to remove mint leaves
  • Blend in a liquidizer till frothy
  • Add ice cream & blend again just for a second
  • Serve garnished with a few mint leaves
