Glorious Sundaes Recipe

• Strawberry sauce 1/2 cup
• Chocolate sauce 1/2 cup
• Vanilla ice cream 1/2 brick
• Chocolate ice cream 1/2 brick
• or
• Strawberry ice cream 1/2 brick
• Wafer biscuits 1 packet
• Cherries 3 glace
• a few roasted cashew nut pieces
• Fresh mixed fruit - chopped 1 1/2 cups

• Put 1 tbsp of strawberry sauce in an ice cream cup or a tall glass
• Spread the sauce with the spoon so as to coat the whole glass with the sauce. Keep the glass away for 15 minutes
• Put 2 tbsp of fruit in the glass
• Add a scoop of chocolate or strawberry ice cream
• Put 2 tbsp of fruit again
• Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream
• Pour 2 tbsp of chocolate sauce over the ice cream
• Sprinkle a few nuts
• Put half a glace cherry
• Arrange a wafer biscuit
• Serve immediately
