Achappam-Savoury Recipe
Ingredients :
Refined flour 1kg Eggs 1 or 2 Sugar 1tbsp Salt to taste Cumin and gingelly seeds
Method :
Mix all ingredients together. Prepare a batter adding sufficient water to form a pouring consistency. Dip heated "koekjes mould" in batter and deep fry. Drain well and tin.
