Coconut Chikki Recipe
Ingredients :
Coconut 1
Fat 30gm
Cardamom 1/2tsp
Jaggery 340gm
Method :
Grate coconut. Fry lightly in fat.
Melt jaggery in about 20ml of water. Cook till it comes to the hard ball stage.
Add coconut, continue cooking stirring all the time till mixture is thick.
Add cardamom powder and pour onto a greased plate. Spread the mixutre. Mark into squares.
When cold, cut into pieces.
