Shriya Saran

Shriya’s parents are Pushpendra Saran and Neeraja. She hails from Delhi and has one elder brother, Abhiroop. Shriya was educated at Delhi Public School and later on got her degree from Lady Shri Ram College (LSR)She began her career as a model. This led to roles in music albums and advertisements. In 2001, Shriya began her career in films with Ishtam (Telugu).

Later, she starred in the film Santosham (Telugu) opposite Nagarjuna. This was a major hit and Shriya’s never had to look back.Sivaji: The Boss (Tamil) in 2007 sent her career graph soaring when Shriya got a chance to star opposite superstar Rajinikanth. The film broke all records at the box office.
